In addition to popular plasticizers such as DOP made by using above excellent technologies, our special plasticizer PL-200, made from unique alcohol (Neodol), is also available.

Dioctyl Phthalate

The most typical plasticizer for PVC in Japan.
Characterized by high plasticizing efficiency, low volatility, excellent cold resistance, compatibility, weather resistance, hydrolytic stability, electrical properties, aging resistance, and anti-transitivity, DOP is broadly used in film, artificial leather, sheets, electric wires, compounds, etc.

Diisononyl phthalate

DINP is also typical plasticizer made of isononyl alcohol with a carbon number of 9.
Characterized by higher heat resistance, cold resistance, and volatilization resistance than DOP and great viscosity stability in the mixture of plastisols, it is suitable for film, sheets, high-quality leather, electric wires as well as general uses.

PL-200 is an excellent plasticizer made of unique and high straight-chain alcohol with a carbon number of 9-11.
Characterized by excellent performance in low-temperature, higher heat resistance, low volatility, anti-window-fogging performance based on the excellent properties of Neodol alcohol; it is especially used for artificial leather for automotives.
